New Year. Same SWC. It’s time for Goal Getting: the first event of 2024, and the perfect time for goal setting, go getting and setting yourself up for success. We’ve got two amazing speakers, and a host of delicious brands joining us. Come along, get inspired, meet new people and enjoy an evening: SWC style.
We’ve curated the ultimate evening to start the New Year with a bang. Our Goal Getting event is your springboard into a successful 2024. Alongside our guest speakers, Ben Parker and Jason Jackson, we’re discussing the behavioural science behind habits, winning frameworks, the power of community, and much more.
Expect big energy, great people, DJ decks, and some of our all time favourite food and drink brands.

About our speakers:
Ben Parker
Ben is a qualified Personal Trainer, IRONMAN Coach, England Athletics Coach and Pilates Instructor. He is also the Co-Founder & Head Coach of Runna: the #1 rated running app in the world. Runna was built with the mission to help people train better and love running, and continues to go from strength to strength since it’s launch in 2021. In addition to his knowledge of the sports world, he is also a highly experienced athlete himself: a 6 x IRONMAN athlete, ranking top-5 in his age group in the UK, and coming top-20 in the 2020 virtual London Marathon with a time of 2:34.
Jason Jackson
Jason has been a personal trainer for over 15 years. In that time, he has worked with professional athletes as a strength and conditioning coach at Brentford FC and, more recently, as a performance nutritionist at Millwall. Jason is the first Elite+ personal trainer at Third Space, reflecting his status as the highest-level trainer at the luxury health club. Jason is an accredited strength and conditioning coach, holds an MSc in sport and exercise nutrition, and is writing his doctoral thesis in behavioural science at Birmingham University. Jason consults for the NHS, providing GP residential training for Barts Health and West Sussex NHS trusts, and regularly contributes to Men's Health magazine on diverse topics impacting men. Jason is a disciplinary leader in behaviour change coaching, with his reputation extending beyond Third Space to the broader fitness industry, delivering lectures as far afield as Glasgow Caledonian University and the SATS health club headquarters in Copenhagen. Jason's mission is to coach his clients to "look, perform and feel their best in every aspect of their lives
