Introducing our two Incredible speakers – Rachel Murphy (Entrepreneur, Founder and Public Speaker) and Ravi Modha (Wim Hof Method Instructor & Corporate Finance Professional). Talks will be exploring managing stress at work, mindfulness tools, breathwork (including some live demonstration!), cold exposure and mindset.
As always, you can expect good vibes, better people, DJ decks, and some exciting food and drink brands handing out all the samples!
Oh and did we mention the venue has rooftop panoramic views of the City?
