Social Wellness Club is London’s newest wellness community, and it has grown exponentially over the past six months. We are passionate about providing everyone with an alternative way to socialise through events and community. The next 12 months are going to be huge as we expand the community, launch our clothing brand, create new event concepts, build partnerships, and become a global social movement.

We’re looking to hire a Head of Events & Partnerships to work with the founders to conceptualise, plan and execute a variety of wellness focused events. This role will consist of a mixture of strategic planning, hands on events management, community engagement and partnership development with brands.

The next 12 months will involve massive growth as we continue to expand our offering and offer more weekend options alongside bigger events in new spaces.

About the Role

Event Planning & Management: Plan and execute all aspects of SWC's events, including speaker arrangements, venue selection, logistics, and day-of event management.

Ambassador Engagement: Work with our ambassador team to deliver events and world class member experiences.

Collaborate: Work with our Head of Digital and Social to organise social media content for events.

Partnership Development: Identify and nurture strategic partnerships with wellness brands, experts, and other relevant organisations to enhance our event offerings and member experiences.

Venue Scouting: Actively search for and evaluate potential event venues that align with SWC's values and member needs.

Speaker Engagement: Source, negotiate with, and manage relationships with speakers and facilitators for various events.

Budget Management: Oversee the event budget, ensuring effective use of resources and maximum impact of events.

Feedback & Improvement: Gather feedback from events and use insights to continuously improve the quality and relevance of future events.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in event management and partnerships, ideally within the wellness, lifestyle or similar sectors.

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Passion for wellness and community building.
