Aleksandra Warburton
Aleksandra is a kind and passionate Level 3 Certified Mat & Reformer Pilates Instructor, with extensive experience in promoting health and wellness through precise exercise instruction. Teaching in some of London's most prestigious and well known studios, in Aleks's classes, emphasis on good form takes center stage, aiming to prevent injuries and cultivate body awareness. With a focus on building strength through progressively layered exercises, attendees are encouraged to challenge themselves, ensuring a journey of continuous improvement week after week.

Discover the power of deep core connection in this 45-minute mat Pilates session with Aleks, designed to support women’s health from the inside out. The class will begin with foundational techniques including lateral thoracic breathing and imprinting; cornerstones of the Pilates method that help activate the deep abdominals and stabilise the spine. You’ll then move through a series of controlled, layered exercises that strengthen the pelvic floor, build postural support and improve overall body awareness. With progressive options throughout, this session is open to all levels and encourages mindful, intentional movement to support strength and build resilience.

Sound Bath with Melissa & Holly
Step into a deep state of relaxation with sisters Melissa and Holly Layton, renowned sound healers and facilitators. Together, they weave ancient wisdom with modern soundscapes, guiding you on an immersive journey of deep rest and renewal.
Melissa, founder of Numinity, is a Medicine Woman, Coach, and Facilitator dedicated to personal and collective transformation. With a background in law, she blends critical thinking with holistic healing, creating grounded yet profound experiences.
Holly is a gifted sound healer, DJ, and experienced space-holder. Her signature style fuses ethereal vocals, crystal bowls, and layered sound textures, transporting listeners beyond the ordinary. She brings joy, warmth, and a deep understanding of the healing power of sound.

Kara Wagland
Kara Wagland is a Women’s Performance & Lifestyle Coach with a MSc in Psychology and she is also the Founder of Becoming Her Coaching. Kara is currently Studying Holistic Nutritional Therapy at CNM and is really passionate about holisitic wellness and supporting women.

Lisa is a fitness coach with 7 years experience in teaching group classes + coaching.
Beginning her journey with teaching high energy spin classes, Lisa was driven by her love for combining music + movement, and creating experiences that help people find joy in exercise. Since, Lisa has specialised in strength, conditioning, hiit and calisthenics classes.

Melanie Murphy is a trauma-informed breathwork and movement guide who creates spaces where women can reconnect to their bodies with gentleness, depth, and trust. Drawing from over two decades of holistic practice, her work weaves breath, intuitive movement, and somatic awareness to support nervous system regulation and emotional release. Rooted in the belief that the body is a portal to healing, Melanie guides women back to presence, where clarity, connection, and inner wisdom naturally arise.

Deimantė is the founder of Mind-Less Meditation and a Self-Leadership Mentor for women - a practice designed to help drop beneath the mental noise and reconnect with the wisdom of their body and intuition. With a background in coaching, meditation, and emotional intelligence, she guides women who are tired of overthinking, people-pleasing, and doubting themselves - back to a place of calm, clarity, and self-trust.
Through her 1:1 work, group sessions, and her signature Clarity to Command™️ approach, Deimante supports women in coming home to themselves and leading their lives from inner truth, not external pressure.

Eva Syti
Eva is a 560+ hour Advanced Yoga Teacher, certified in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga through Yoga Alliance. Her teaching is rooted in a deep understanding of the body, breath, and subtle energy, offering practices that guide students toward harmony of body, mind, and heart. Her classes are intentionally crafted to be more than just movement—they become a journey inward.

This session blends long-held Yin postures with therapeutic sound to target the fascia—the connective web that holds everything together. Through deep, sustained stretches, we move beyond the surface of muscles into the body’s deeper layers, where tension, memory, and emotion often live.Rather than a purely restorative approach, this is a practice of intentional softening—giving your body just enough support to safely unravel habitual holding patterns. As fascia begins to hydrate and release, sound vibrations help quiet the nervous system and guide the emotional body toward stillness and integration.

Grace is a leading Health & Nutrition Coach, specialising in High Performance Wellbeing. Mia is a Naturopathic Doctor and Herbalist, her practice is rooted in the philosophy that "if the body can create it, the body can cure it," and that the healing power of nature within us and around us holds the key to overcoming illness and boosting vitality and longevity.
Mia advocates for living seasonally, recognising the importance of aligning with the natural rhythms of earth as a pathway to health. Her approach blends the latest scientific research with traditional medicine, medicinal plants, nutrition and the foundational medicine of sunlight, grounding, and movement to guide her patients back to a balanced state and optimise their health.

Rayder Machado - Ice Tribe
Icetribe is a London-based wellness community focused on breathwork, ice baths, movement, and sauna. Through nature and mindful practices, we embrace challenge to grow stronger and connect more deeply with ourselves, others, and the world around us.
A former army and close protection officer, Rayder Nogueira Machado dedicated ten years to earning his Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under Roger Gracie. Now a certified Wim Hof Method and Oxygen Advantage instructor, he leads IceTribe, a community focused on resilience, well-being, and human connection through nature’s elements.
Rayder will be leading 45 minute guided breathwork, cold and heat exposure sessions to give you that immersive recovery experience.
