SWC Wellness Fest - FAQS

Here's everything you might need to know ahead of our event on Saturday 12th April!

Where is the event?

  • The event is at The Ministry Workspace & Member’s Club, 79-81 Borough Rd, London SE1 1DN

  • This is NOT Ministry of Sound - the club.

  • The entrance is quite hidden but look for the big disco ball that is outside the venue!

What do I need to bring?

  • Your Ticket Confirmation – You just need to give your name at the door but bring your ticket on your phone just in case. If you booked two tickets give the name 2 x.

  • Activewear – if you want to take part in all of our fitness sessions

  • Swimwear + flip flops if you want to take part in the ice bath sessions.

  • Your own mat if you'd prefer to use this although we do have mats at the venue.

Can I bring my own food/drink?

  • You can’t bring your own food into the venue unfortunately, but we will have lots of goodies and samples for you to enjoy

  • We will also provide lots of free drinking water as well as electrolytes to keep you hydrated throughout the day.

  • The Ministry have a great deli where you can buy food from up until 6pm and the bar will be open for drinks until late!

What is the dress code?

  • We would recommend wearing activewear if you plan to participate in our movement sessions in zone 1 and 2.

  • Otherwise feel free to wear whatever you are comfortable in and allows you to enjoy the day.

Is there somewhere I can leave my bags / coat?

  • Unfortunately we don’t have anywhere for your to store your bags so you will need to carry these around with you to the different sessions.

  • We do have some lockers available for those who are in the ice baths and sauna sessions to use.

What time can I get there?

  • Doors open at 2pm, we ask you to get there at the latest at 2:15pm so you can get your goodie bags, samples and enjoy the brands that are there ahead of the intro at 2:30pm.

What are the timings for the day?

  • Arrival at 2pm

  • Intro to your day @ 2:30pm

  • Sessions time between 3-7pm

Do I have to book classes/talks?

  • All classes are on a first come first serve basis - but there will be enough for everyone to be in a session at each hour if you so chose - so if you can’t get into a session then reach out to an ambassador or head to the red light zone as these are 15 min slots.

Is there a schedule so that I can plan my day?
